Want a new nurse? Have you thought about the GP Nurse Ready Scheme?
The GP Nurse Ready Scheme is a scheme to provide financial supporting and practical help to practices who recruit a new graduate nurse into their practice. The scheme provides a package of formal academic learning and experiential supervision through the first two years of their employment. The first year support is mainly about learning the practical things new nurses need to learn to get up and running as a GP Nurse. The second year is about developing mentorship training.
